Our Colorado Concealed Carry License course meets and exceeds the requirements of the Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S) and the
recommended course content from the County Sheriffs of Colorado, Inc. for a CCW permit. This course is scheduled for 4.5 hours but
could be longer depending upon questions and extended subjects.
This course is designed around the student whom has previous handgun
handling experience. During the course of the class we will work with the student to assure that the fundamental firearms handling
and safety knowledge exist.
We will teach the student the necessary topics required by the C.R.S. in order to apply for
and hopefully be approved for the privilege to posess a Colorado concealed weapons permit. At the end of this course the student need
only apply at the sheriff's office in the county that they reside.
The course cirriculum includes but is not limited to the following:
- Colorado
Revised Statutes
- Federal Firearms Regulations
- State Reciprocity
- Course of fire using the IES Use of Force Simulator
At the end of the course the student will receive a certificate,
course materials, a CD and the published booklet "Traveler's Guide to the Firearms Laws of the Fifty States" which is sold on the
web for as much as $14.95.
Taser is the industry recognized leader in less lethal electrical decapacitating defense systems. We offer the complete line and training of the Taser consumer product line.
The IES simulator used by Tall Guns is also in use by the U.S. military, the US Secret Service, a major airline
for pilot training, German Special Forces, the U.S. Marshal Service for air marshal training, Colorado Highway Patrol, the Denver
Police Department, various Colorado sheriff departments and numerous other agencies worldwide.
Professinals, because of that I'd take more of their courses...
